Scope

These terms apply to the use of sproutAnalytics, a service of BERNCON GmbH.

Service

sproutAnalytics is online software that reads data from your bexio account and presents it as reports. We run the service with care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Trial

The first 14 days are free and without obligation. The trial ends automatically; no subscription arises unless you choose a plan.

Prices and payment

The prices on this website apply. They are paid in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly or yearly), plus VAT where applicable.

Term and cancellation

A subscription renews for the chosen billing period each time. You can cancel it at any time with effect from the end of the current period.

Your data

Your data remains yours. We process it in line with our privacy policy and delete it when you stop using the service.

Liability

The reports are based on your bexio data and do not replace advice from an accountant or tax adviser. Our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law, except for intent and gross negligence.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Kreuzlingen.
