When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, the time and the page requested, in order to deliver the website and protect it against misuse. This data is kept only briefly. We set no cookies, use no analytics or advertising services and load fonts from our own server.

Using sproutAnalytics

When you sign in with your bexio account, we read your bexio data through the bexio API, with your consent, to provide you with the reports. We use this data only for this purpose, do not pass it on to third parties – except to service providers who help us run the service – and delete it when you stop using the service.

Transfers abroad

Our service providers may be based outside Switzerland, for example in the EU or the USA. In that case we ensure adequate protection through recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data and its correction, deletion or handover. Write to support@sproutsoft.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or a competent supervisory authority in the EU.
